Not ready to fly solo?

The Monthly Check-up package is for clients who can routinely complete 95%+ of their businesses' bookkeeping, but may have a couple questions or tasks that need an expert bookkeeper's guidance.

After the month's work is complete, schedule your 60-minute virtual Check-Up, where on a shared screen, we will review the work and identify and correct any issues.

Space to join the program is limited

Current Pricing:

$350* to Join, then $150/month

Intro Session

$350 Join Fee*

During this first session, we will do a modified Books Review to identify any issues that may interfere with completing the monthly work. Together we will also discuss and document standard monthly and quarterly processes and procedures.

*Clients who have recently completed a New Account Setup or Books Review and Cleanup package receive $200 off the Join Fee.

Monthly Check-Ups

Virtual Sessions

On a monthly basis, we will review the work together in real-time via a screen share and complete a 15-point checklist.

Any issues identified can be quickly and correctly remedied by the accountant with the client's input.

Requires adding modough as a QBO "Accountant" user.

Added Bonus

(Time Permitting)

If time in a session remains, it can be used at the client's direction. Some examples of how you can use the time:

Make chart of accounts modifications
Address old/outstanding Accounts Receivable
Record new loans and fixed asset purchases
Help with adjusting journal entries
Refresh training on a topic or discuss new QBO features

Additional time can be booked as a Virtual Consult if needed.
